INSURANCE

I am a provider with the following insurance panels:

Understanding insurance benefits can be confusing.  If you wish to use insurance, but are unsure about mental health coverage, please contact your insurance company and ask the following questions:

• Is there an “in network” and “out of network” benefit? If so, what is the difference?

• Is there a deductible? What is it and how much has been met to date?

• What is the copay or co-insurance amount (dollar or percentage)?

• Is authorization needed? How do I get authorized?

If you wish to pay out of pocket, sessions are $165. If this would create a financial burden for you, please let me know. I do offer sliding scale prices and will work to make therapy accessible to you. Payment is collected at the end of session. Please be aware that if insurance does not cover the session, you will be responsible for the full price of the session.
